FAQ

Q: What printing methods do you use?

A: For our T-Shirts, Hooded Sweatshirts, and all Surf Caps, we use a method called DTF (Direct To Film).  Using this method ensures the colors, especially the neon colors, are bold and vibrant. Each graphic is printed onto a special film and then transferred onto the garment using a heat press.

A: For our Coffee Mugs in all collections, we use Sublimation printing. It is a technique that uses high heat and pressure to apply dyes onto the product.

Q: Your website indicates a certain amount of business days for shipping, but I received my order after that allotted time.  Why?

A: Our production partners print your order as soon as possible.  The shipping time stated is how long it can take the printer to create your product. Once picked up from our supplier, we have no control over the carrier's time response.  It is an unfortunate situation, but is out of our control.  Please note delivery's will be delayed on federal holidays.  Should you need assistance, please reach out to us via email at support@bluewaterapparel.store
